Dr Saqib Khan received his Doctorate in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 2020. He has experience of working in the developmental sector, research consultancy and academia. His research interests include social movements, agrarian change, tribal studies, and north-east India studies. He is the author of "Tribe-Class Linkages: The History and Politics of the Agrarian Movement in Tripura" (Routledge 2024).
