Yes, there are various scholarships available at GITAM. We offer scholarships worth 30,000,000 every year. Here are the different categories:

Merit scholarships: The scholarship offered through GAT/National/ State Entrance Tests only applies for the First Year. This scholarship continues in the subsequent years if the student can score a CGPA of 8.5 and above (for admitted batches 2019-2020) & a CGPA of 8.0 and above (for admitted batches from 2020-2021 onwards).

Employee children scholarships: The children of GITAM employees admitted in full-time courses can get 50%, 25%, and 15% of scholarships, not exceeding a total combined scholarship of 75%. Those admitted through the GAT Scholarship Scheme are further eligible for Loyalty scholarships, and total scholarships should not exceed 75%.

Loyalty scholarships: Children of alumni or siblings of existing students or alums returning for higher education are eligible for the loyalty scholarship scheme.

Any student who attains the qualifying mark in the GAT exam can apply for a seat at GITAM. However, being proactive throughout the admission process is essential, as the reservation of seats is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Yes, the hostels in GITAM have both AC and non-AC rooms. GITAM boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure across the three campuses, ensuring a comfortable student stay.
