About The Guidance Center
CGC was established with the aim of helping students get on the right career path. All the CGCs coordinate with Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, Student Representatives, and Faculty Coordinators of various GITAM Schools. The centre thoroughly trains students right from the first year to deliver their best in the selection processes during placements.
CGC Infrastructure
The centers are equipped with dedicated control rooms for recruitment teams, interview cubicles, GD rooms, and high-bandwidth routers/ switches in computer labs.
Preparation Activities
CGC conducts a number of activities on the campus to prepare students for the extensive placement processes. The activities include interview prep, career counseling, mock GD, and more.
Visakhapatnam Campus
CGC at Vizag campus offers career services and guidance to various institutions on the campus. The center functions under the guidance of the Director. On-campus CGC houses 13 interview cubicles, 3 GD rooms, an auditorium, computer labs, etc to aid the students’ training for their future jobs.
Hyderabad Campus
The Career Guidance Center at Hyderabad functions in tandem with heads of departments, faculty, and student representatives. We aim to see our students placed at leading firms with rewarding careers. GITAM has the patronage of several MNCs that visit the campus during the placement season.
Bengaluru Campus
Established in 2012, CGC Bengaluru carries a proud legacy. Built on foundations of academic excellence, student-faculty collaborations, and achievements, it hosts highly-motivated and intelligent students, who aspire to have careers in leading firms, MNCs, and well-established organisations. We aim to achieve a 100% placement rate along with providing employable skills to the students.
