Rama Nagahas an M.A., an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. from the Centre for Political Studies, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University. His research interests include Social Movements, Ecology, Indigeneity, Identity, Government and Politics in India. He was the recipient of a University Grants Commission Junior Research Fellowship and has represented India at the Students and Youth Convention in Cape Town, South Africa (2018) and been invited to an International Course on Political Education in Sao Paulo, Brazil (2017). He has also worked as a Research Officer at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi.
