Dr Mayank Mishra holds PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi and has completed his MPhil from the School of International Studies at JNU. He holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Delhi and has received the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ fellowship at the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), Sichuan University (SCU), China. Mayank has presented his research papers at Yale, King’s College, Monash University, Queen’s University Belfast, American Graduate School, IIT Delhi and other such varsities in India and abroad. He has been a Guest Faculty of Political Science at the University of Delhi (NCWEB). He has published research papers on South Asian politics and political economy and has written for think tanks, blogs and editorials for the national daily The Telegraph. His core research focuses on state space, political economy, neo-Marxism and South Asian politics. He works as an Assistant Professor at GITAM – Hyderabad, India.
