Asst. Professor. Dr.P.Anitha Kumari received her PhD from Hyderabad Central University   (HCU).  She did her MBA (HR) from Osmania University. She had industry experience of three years as a HR executive before moving into academics on a full-time basis. Currently she is a faculty member in HR & Marketing area. In addition to various administrative responsibilities handled by her, Dr.Anitha is currently the coordinator for MBA program.She has published a number of research papers in national & international Journals with impact factor, citations and indexed in Elsevier and Ebsco. She also presented papers in various National and International seminars. Dr.Anitha was also awarded with Best Information Technological paper by the Global Management Strategic Inc. Michigan, USA.
Her current teaching and research interests are Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Competency Management.
