Dr. Mandar V. Kulkarni is from Pune, Maharashtra. He has a PhD in Economic Development Policy and Management from Nagoya University, Japan. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at IIIT-Bangalore. His research interest lies in the broad areas pertaining to international economic development, innovation studies, regional studies, and industrial and technological development. He was a recipient of Travel Grant from Regional Studies Association, UK in 2016.
