Dr. Karan Singh, Member of Parliament (RS) and President, Indian Council for Cultural Relations is a renowned philanthropist and educationist. Held several positions including Union Cabinet Minister. He was awarded “Padma Vibhushan” by the Govt. of India in 2005.
