Dr. Virendra Tiwari is presently employed as an assistant professor at the GITAM School of Pharmacy, Hyderabad. He obtained his PhD from the CSIR-CDRI in Lucknow. Research Experience: Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Tulane University, LA, and the University of Missouri–Kansas City, MO, USA. His research interests include neurobiology, ischemic stroke, cognition, neuroplasticity, and neurogenesis. He has authored 20 research publications, 2 review articles, and 3 book chapters.
