Dr. Sarat Babu Imandi, an Associate Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, GST, is an expert in industrial microbiology, optimization techniques, and more. He has led projects funded by the Department of Science and Technology and the University Grants Commission. Currently, he is leading the establishment of STI Hubs in Araku Valley and Paderu Mandals, aimed at uplifting the socio-economic conditions of the Scheduled Tribe population, supported by the DST, Government of India.
