Dr. Rahul Roy, Ph.D. (IIT Kharagpur) and former NPDF at IISc Bengaluru, is a faculty member at GITAM University. He earned his M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering from NIT Durgapur, receiving the Institute Gold Medal. His research focuses on microfluidics, active microswimmers, electrokinetics, electrohydrodynamics, and AI-controlled microswimmer navigation for applications in healthcare, drug delivery, and microsurgery.
