University rank holder), an M.Sc. in HRDM & Industrial Psychology (Bangalore North University), and a Ph.D. in Positive Organisational Psychology (Central University of Karnataka). An awardee of Best Paper at the IAAP Conference and the ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship, she reviews for Scopus Q1 journals (under Springer Nature, Elsevier) and is a resource person at national and international workshops held at reputed institutions.
