Bhaskara rao Boddu received an M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 2007 and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh, in 2016. His current research activities include Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Semantic Web and Soft Computing.
