Dr.A.Surendra Babu holds a Doctoral Degree in Food Science from Periyar University, Salem, Tamil Nadu. He was a receiver of prestigious SERB-National Post-Doctoral Fellowship from NIFTEM-T (2017-19), and has authored over 50 publications in High Impact Scopus-Indexed Journals, earning more than 1,000 citations and one international patent. His research spans starch chemistry and technology with applied focus on resistant starch production, product development, and food waste bio-valorization.
