GITAM School of Business offers a PhD programme in Organisational Development & Human Resources (ODHR), tailored for those aspiring to become thought leaders in these critical fields. PhD Organisational Development & Human Resources

Eligibility

Candidates must hold an MBA, PGDM (recognised by AICTE or deemed equivalent by AIU), CA, CS, ICWAI, or a comparable master's degree. Those with a master's degree and at least 7 years of relevant managerial experience are also eligible.

Scope of the Programme

The PhD in Organisational Development & Human Resources is a research-intensive degree aimed at developing expertise in the principles and practices of organisational development and human resource management. This programme provides a strong foundation in research methodologies, advanced theories in ODHR, and practical applications that are essential for influencing and leading change in organisations.
