Shantanu Saha
Associate Professor, Electrical electronics and communication engineering, GST, HYD
Dr. Shantanu Saha is a material scientist who is currently working on Quantum Materials (h-BN, c-BN, SiC) and devices. He holds a PhD degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from IIT Bombay, where he worked on thin film synthesis and characterizations of wide bandgap semiconductors ZnO and ZnMgO. Post PhD, Dr. Saha joined Ohio State University, USA, where he focused on the growth of large area h-BN in UHV for the realization of Single-photon emitter, a key aspect of quantum photonics.
