About Prior to joining GITAM University in July 2021, she worked at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) for 13 years, Centre for Organizational Development and at ICFAI College of Education. Dr. Subhashini has rich experience in executive education and management consulting. She had conducted LDPs/MDPs for ONGC, BEL, NHPC, DRDO, DVC, IOCL, NMDC, NPCIL, DPS, HECL, Oil India, Intelligence Bureau, State Public Service Commissions, Astra Microwave, Crompton Greaves, and various public sector banks. She also conducted training programs for foreign nationals sponsored by the Ministry of External Affairs, India under the ITEC Scheme. Dr. Subhashini was involved in providing consulting support to UGC, AP Health Department, CONCOR, IREDA, NPCIL, MIDHANI, GIPSA and LIC. Her consulting experience lies in the area of Manpower Planning, Organizational Restructuring, TNA, Competency Mapping, Human Factors in Postulated Severe Accident Situations, Employee Satisfaction and Assessment Centers. Dr. Subhashini had presented papers in national and international conferences. Her areas of interest include emotional intelligence, happiness and wellbeing, character strengths, leadership development and positive organizational behavior.
