Arun Kumar is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Political Science. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Hyderabad. His specialisation is Indian Political Process, and his research interests are in the areas of State Politics in India, Hindu Nationalism, Secularism Debate and Western Political Thought. Prior to joining GITAM, he was teaching at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.
