Neelam Lalitaditya, IAS, is an Additional Collector (Development) for Salem District, Tamilnadu. He belongs to 2019 batch of IAS officers. He has done his Integrated Master of Arts in Economics at the University of Hyderabad. He will deliver a lecture on civil services orientation addressing the nature of exam and the types and roles of services.
