The Department of Mathematics and Statistics focuses on pure, applied and applicable mathematics catering to students of varied backgrounds to help them understand their potential and enrich their lives. The Department offers supporting and optional courses for students majoring in science. The curriculum has been designed with emphasis on the application of concepts.
