Sadarma Sadan
A Hostel for 344 boys with 156 double occupation and 32 Single occupation rooms.
The hostel is equipped with excellent dining facilities (160 students at a time), with solar water heaters, steam cooking , in coming & out going phones, with a sea view & delicious food. A TV with cable connection has been also provided for entertainment of the students. The Hostel also had a resident warden to take care of the students and address their concerns. Cultural activities are also encouraged from time to time to keep the students in good spirits.
Santhi Sadan hostel accommadating 135 students is also available for post graduate boys. |

Kokila Sadan
 A Hostel for 369 girls with 123 rooms with modern cooking and dining arrangements is named Kokila Sadan. The Management is planning to provide more hostel facilities for girls as per the requirement from time to time.

Union Bank of India
The extension counter of the Union Bank of India which was temporarily located in the college of Management Studies is shifted to its new premises in GITAM Center with all the facilities required. The extension counter has been upgraded to a full-fledged branch office to carter to the needs of the students and the staff and the college. The new UBI branch was inaugurated by Dr. M.V.V.S. Murthy, Ex M.P, President , GITAM on 24-9-2001. |

Indoor Stadium and Track Field
Foundation stone was laid on 8-10-2000 by the Hon’ble President of the college, for the indoor stadium being built with the financial assistance provided by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The plinth area of the stadium is about 905.57 sq. mts. It provides for indoor games like volley ball, basket ball , shuttle badminton etc. with all the facilities required for the sportsman and spectators. |
