Information regarding all study centres, and its locations thereof, opened by the universities and institutions to impart distance education (with the approval of the UGC-AICTE-DEC Joint Committee).
To provide individualized support to learners of distance education, the University has established 24 study centers in identified colleges in different parts of the State. The learners can interact with the coordinator/administrative staff at the study centers on all academic matters. Following are the services offered at the Study Centres:
- Academic counseling.
- Personal counseling before and after admission.
- Library services.
- Distribution of learning material.
- Conduct of examinations.
- Dissemination of information relating to admission, results of exams, etc.
Request for change of study centre is normally accepted subject to availability of seat for the programme and availability of required facilities at the new centre asked for.
